Door/sidewall connnector

Door/sidewall connnector
On a 07 Aspen drivers side how do you disconnect the plug that has the boot on that goes between the door, and sidewall, the last time I took one apart it was just a rubber boot, now it's a plug, and I.m not sure where the tab is that needs to depressed to release the plug, and pull the connector apart, thanks.
