If you have 60# of pressure going to the injectors but it won't run unless you spray fuel or starter fluid into the intake, then the injectors aren't doing their job. See if you are getting electrical signals to the injectors. If so, then they are plugged.

i still say the cam tone wheel or the fly wheen is different for the pcm installed.
get a good scanner see if you see cam and crank signal on the scanner i bet one is missing.

I agree, this would be the best place to start.

ok not sure which one it was but i changed out the plug and coils from the original motor along with the fuel injectors and it started right up and ran. it is showing three codes
p1684 p0123 and po113

Flywheel/cam drives same 99-01 02-04 are different.
1684 Battery disconnected in last 50 starts, no problem, disregard this one.
P0123 Throttle Sensor Voltage High
P0113 Intake Air Temp Sensor Voltage High
Check both sensor connectors, poor ground at sensor or connector not fully seated could cause high voltage codes.
Swap the sensors from the engine removed may do the trick also.
