Default FOB remote key part number request

Hi,
I have bought a remote key for Chrysler Pacifica from ebay but local Chrysler dealer tells me that they would not be able to program this key for my vehicle since the FCC ID# and part number on the key are not correct. And I would have to I buy a key from them. However ebay seller is insisting that this remote key is for 2006 Pacifica and it can be programmed for my vehicle.

I was wondering if someone can take a look at the part number and FCC ID# below and can tell me if this is the right key is for 2006 Pacifica or not?

P/N - 04727362AD

FCC ID - M3N5WY72XX

IC - 267F-5WY72XX

I can also provide the VIN number of my vehicle if needed.

Thanks in advance.

HI,
Thanks for your help. Here is last 9 digits of the VIN #.

VIN# 66R912XXX

BTW, is there any possible way you can tell that the remote key I listed in my first post (P/N - 04727362AD), what model of vehicle is it for?

Once again I appreciate your help.

Thanks for your reply. I have a another little different question. For Chrysler transponder keys, is it possible for a Chrysler dealer (or a locksmith) to re-program a key for a different vehicle once it has been programmed for a certain vehicle?

Thanks.

the keys don't get programed the key is nothing but a transponder and the car just records what keys are told to work with it. The car is what is programed not the key.
