Default Must remote entry receiver be replaced with identical part number?

I have Chrysler 05293040AC remote entry receiver. I see that Chrysler issued eleven receivers 05293040AA through 05293040AK. Are each of these eleven receivers unique, meaning that 05293040AC can only be replaced with another 05293040AC, or can the 05293040AC be replaced by any of the other ten receivers. Thanks very much!

Thanks very much for your response!

The receiver is not for my vehicle. I want to sell it, and I wanted to explain what it can be used to replace. Am I correct that you are saying that the 05293040AC can only be used to replace another 05293040AC?
