hi guys my 98 voyager is making a weird noise it has a high pitch whine when started and doesn't stop when driving. i changed the transmission fluid and it still does it but now it wont change gear properly and takes time engaging in gear. it's the 3.3 v6 auto. thanx in advance

 

Well, noises are a problem to diagnose in a text format. However that noise is probably the Torque Converter turbine. Either because the TC has failed or the pump has. Rebuild and a new TC or have a reman unit installed. Make sure the transmission cooler and all the lines get flushed whatever you decide to do.
