I got an 08 aspen and I purchased a low speed MyGig rer w nav from ebay. I let the nav register to my location and all destinations are correct. I'm not familiar with a few things,should the nav tell you in the upper left corner how far when approaching your turn and should the amount of feet change...the second question is should the navs voice tell you how many feet you have left when you are close to making a turn? Last question...the u connect mic is not picking up my vioce...bluetooth is paired but when i make a call no one can hear me! It worked before with my old MyGig and I tried to program my voice reccognition but it wont let me...probably cuz the mic isn't picking up my voice! Wondering if I need a different mic with the (rer) nav?

The mic is in the rearview mirror for factory equiped vehicles. You could use the mic kit that mopar sells for the 09 wrangles that have RER radios but don't come with uconnect. Also goto the dealer and update your radio with the 1.22 software. This firmware fixes an ignition off draw issue. They should do it for free or a small charge. not sure regarding the nav ?s.
