Neon speedometer dies suddenly occasionally

Default Neon speedometer dies suddenly occasionally
It stops working occasionally and after a while starts working again. Should i resolder those 2 connectors on circuit boarb inside instrument panel? Everything else is working, only two times all gauges has stopped working while driving.

Chrysler Neon SE 2.0i 1996
