Okay, I have a 1998 Chrysler Concorde.
My problem is with the headlight, Yup thats right. I know how to change them i guess but i can not figure out how the bumper comes off. I went by the manual that came with the car but that is absolutly no help. I was told its held on by a bunch of clips?? Please help. the people on the road hate my high beems!

no need to take the bumper off it will be some work and need some flat head screw drivers or if u have them some trim sticks to pry with out messing up the paint.
take out the 2 humm 7 mm bolts long. then with the trim sticks or 2 flat head screw drivers and a shop rag under them pry up and out under the head light inorder to clear the bumper assembly. Install is much less trouble if u still cant get it take off the upper radiator support push pins 10 mm bolts and 2 plastic pop rivits.

I have a 1999 Concorde and need to replace both headlamp assemblies. It seems something underneath is holding them in even after I removed the two 7 mm bolts. Am I missing a clip or is it just the bumper?

Yes I read it and it still feels like something is holding it in, that is why I asked the question. Didn't feel like prying it if it is being held in still, that's why I asked if once you removed the screws if it was only the bumper holding it, because it sure as heck feels too tight for only being the bumper holding it in.
