Im not sure if this would apply to other chrysler auto's or not? i recently purchased a 03 concorde a few months ago , a found out it had the common tran problem that i have read about on here many times. well the other day while driving in the city the trans kept down shifting itself at every light. very frustrating to have to turn car off/and back on. So for some strange reason i opted to just turn off the trac control. (push the little button) and the rest of the day i had no more down shifting problems. im sure something still needs to be fixed , however as far as im concerned i will just wait til whatever is in need of repair finally just breaks. yes i know not very smart. but if your having the constant down shifting problem try turning off your trac control and see if that will help?
