Default What about this idea?

lets see if im on the right track? so my 03 concorde does the down shifting on its own when slowing down or at a stop. from what i have discovered this is a common problem , just have yet to find a positive solution to this problem. you will have to forgive my train of thought or any mis-spelled words its 5 in the morning , some chick came over to ask for some sugar she is making cookies? (seriously) anyway so this automatic down shifting has led me to believe it could be resulting in one of 3 bad sensors in which auto zone carries all 3 of them for $40 bucks a piece. so i was thinking i should just start with one and keep going til it gets fixed , worse thing that would happen is i wont find it til i get the very last sensor and im out $120 bucks. However if i take it to the shop they will charge me to hook it up to the computer $75 then labor $150 and prob make a few bucks off the part lets say they charge me $60 that would be a total of $285. when i could replace all 3 sensors for $120 at worse. or maybe get lucky and get it right on the first sensor and be done only spending $40.

ok Tntech and other please come in here and let me know if this is very logical or the stupidest thing you ever heard of?
