Default power window prob 2000 LHS

I posted a similar message in the specific era, but since this is a general type question I am posting in the general area again.

Neither passenger windows work regardless of the switch used. Does anyone know where to start looking for the breakdown or know where I can look at some online electrical schematics?
Any help would be appreciated.

Default RE: power window prob 2000 LHS

What kinda issues are u having? either switch not working or are both motors locked up?
open the door up and use hold the switch down look at the lights in the over head concole do they dim down or not??
if so bang on the door near the speaker grill while holding down the switch this will temp free up the motor untill u can get new ones.
I live in the atl area let me know
Kevin
