Replacing seatbelt click
May I ask what a "seatbelt click" is? Are you referring to the buckle? If so, you remove the seat cushion and unbolt it. If you believe it to be missing, make sure it's not just fallen down behind/under the cushion by digging in there with your fingers to see if you can find it.
I'm still not sure what you are referring to. I would suggest that you might go to a Chrysler dealer and talk to the guy at the parts counter. They are very good at finding parts and have diagrams showing almost every part of the car. They can probably pull your seat belt system up on their computers and have you point out the missing part.
First, though, make sure it's not just hiding under the seat cushion somewhere. They do that.
