Thermostat location in a 2003 concorde 3.5

Thermostat location in a 2003 concorde 3.5
My 2003 concorde started to have a temperature rise yesterday. The temp gauge moves around up and down with little jerks. Could my theromstat be sticking, don't know much about mechanical issues, help!
