Hey guys

Need some urgent help please, i have a very strange fault
with my vm 2.5 crd 2009 keep getting fault codes p0088/p0092 which indicate high fuel rail pressure, vehicle will start first time everytime no starting problem whatsoever, symptoms are will start to power surge to the point of cutting off after driving for few hours
if i turn off then restart will be fine for 1-2 hours then same again

i have changed following parts with no luck fuel rail with sensors
new map sensor/ new oem fuel filter, really confused, thanks in advance
