ypsilon boot problem

Default ypsilon boot problem

hi guys
stumbled across this forum and hoping you can help.
bought the wife a 2012 black and red ypsilon, had it for 3 mths ago. the boot wont open, the wife said it was a little tempremental, but thought it was her as it would open sometimes and not others.
is there any known faults fon the boot lok mechenismi can look at?

Try putting a little WD-40 (penetrating oil) on the key and wiggle it in and out of the lock. That might help.

This model doesn't take a key. Works from switch under rubber button or from button on remote.
