'05 2.7 V6 codes 108, 113, 123, 171, 174
Out of nowhere, no maintenance performed prior, my 05 Stratus SXT (2.7 non flex) recently had codes P0171 & p0174 simultaneously. Since these call out both banks lean, and the 2.7 does not use a MAF snensor, I suspected an intake leak. The vehicle has 200k on it, and neither upper or lower manifold had been removed. Suspecting the gaskets had simply hardened, I replace upper and lower manifold gaskets, Intake//Throttle body gasket, and EGR tube gaskets. Since the 2.7 does not have a MAF sensor, I replaced the MAP sensor as well. While disassembled and cleaning components, I noticed some oil in the MAP orifice, so I figured WHY NOT....
Disassmbled & freshened up all the gaskets mentioned, reassembled with torque to listed specs on all components.....now at startup, I have FIVE codes present.
P0108 Barometric Pressure Sensor Voltage High
P0113 Intake Air Temp Sensor Circuit High Input
P0123 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit High Input
P0171 Bank 1 Too Lean
P0174 Bank 2 Too Lean
I'm now a few hours into "repairing" what must ultimately be a simple issue, but am at a loss. All components were cleaned with Throttle Body cleaner while removed, and dried with compressed air prior to installation. If any of you has seen this, please throw me a bone. All inputs are appreciated.
