Hello all, just bought a used 2006 (love the styling). My question on the rims is that the chrome is flaking off which I am fine with since I was planning on blacking them out with plasti-dip anyways. However, I notice that underneath the flaking chrome the rims are a very nice glossy black already - will this finish hold up to road salt and debris or will it eventually start to compromise/deteriorate the rim?
