2010 T&C ac compressor wont kick on

2010 T&C ac compressor wont kick on
pump is good . Its full of Freon done with machine. Pump kicks on if i feed power thru the line. Hooked van to scanner and it tells me the computer in sending the signal to make pump come on but the pump isnt recieving the power. Any ideas?
