Default 2019 Ram 1500 Limited - Will not move in Drive

I have a 2019 Ram with less than 1,000 miles, and on 5 different occasions, the truck will not move when I put it in drive. The dealer can not replicate the problem since it happens randomly. There has been 2 failed attempts to fix the problem. Going in for a 3rd time to tmrw. Here is a video of what I am experiencing:

Hi Jaketerk,
Was your dealer able to provide you with any feedback as to why this may be occurring? Please feel free to send us a private message if you would like any additional assistance while your truck is at the dealer.

Default Disappointed is an understatement.

Lydia,
Thanks for your note. The short answer is simply no explanation at all has been given. They thought it was electronic at first, but their reset did nothing. The dealer is In Norristown PA. Their website: norristownchryslerdodge.com. The owner is Ross Choate and we have been in communication, however he said We have to duplicate it to try to be able to diagnose it. I stand here simply in shock over this whole situation. The vehicle was towed to the dealer the first time because it would not go into drive and you saw the video of the last time it did not engage in drive. I dont understand why the dealer or chrysler wont step up to take care of this before I go to the BBB and/or file a law suit. Any assistance would certainly be appreciated.

Same exact thing happened me yesterday.

Just bought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 less than a week ago. 200 miles on the truck.

I shut the truck off like he did in the video. Restarted it and put it in drive. Tapped the gas and it jumped in gear. Did not like the sound or feel of it.

When will there be a fix for this? Seems there have been plenty of complaints about this same problem already.
