Hi .
I have a 727 auto gearbox on my 64 Jensen CV8.
Have being doing a 5 year rebuild on the car and now need to put fluids back in.
On refilling the gearbox through the dip stick tube I have being unable to get much in there, it's stopped at around a pint or so. Can anyone help me and explain how to get the fluid in.

Nice vehicle! Unfortunately going back to my days of working with US type same trans. vehicles they always fill thru the dipstick tube...is there some kink in yours? Also I hope you filled the torque converter before trans installation so there is fluid for the pump to work from at start up.
