Default heat in my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica

I am having problems with the heat in my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. I haven't had it a whole year yet so I haven't had to use the heat yet until now, especially since I live in South Texas. Anyhow, my heat is not working properly. I was having problems with my air conditioning working all the time recently. I would work intermitently but I found out my fan was going bad and replaced it and it works fine now. I tried using the air for the first time this week and even when I set the thermostat to "HI" 84 degrees and the fan on high, the air that comes out is not real warm and it doesn't blow out hard. Any ideas what the problem may be?

I'm sorry to inform you but the Pacifica is nothing but problems. I've had mine for 2 years & it stays in the shop more often than my driveway.
