Hi. I just became a member. Thanks for a nice forum.
I live in Norway and own a 04 Pacifica. One of just a handfull Pacifica's in Norway. We saw a pacifica when we were looking to buy a new car and decided this was the car we wanted. I had to travel 1500 km to find the nearest one for sale.
I have visited the forum as a guest for a while and found solutions to several issues. I like the Pacifica. But as it is not exactly free from problems, this forum (along with my workshop manuals) has been useful more than once. -Thanks.
The local Chrysler dealer never handled a Pacifica until two years ago when I bought mine. I have always looked after my cars myself, but due to a nice car with low kilometers I wanted the dealers stamp in the service book.
After several services, technical revisions and just as many disappointing experienses I'm not sure I will let them touch the car again. The dealer-stamp is just not worth it. Some things you just do better yourself!
Unfortunately they are the only dealer in the area.
The forum may be helpful. Looking forward to join.
