New Member, New Goal
Hi, I have a 91 Chrysler LeBaron and I'm trying to find information to either fix the transmission in the car (A604) or preferably replace the transmission with a better model with the capability of a manual valve body. Any help in guiding me would be much appreciated.
I'm looking to fix up a reliable consistent transmission to enable me to race this car every weekend in No Box class. I've already won close to $1000 with the car and my goal is to try to win $20,000 before the motor goes. It's NHRA legal to race with the top down and these speeds (10.90's in the 1/8th) which enables me to drive the finish line very well and gives me a huge advantage over the "race cars".
So if anyone knows what other bell-housings are the same, or any idea's please chime in and help me out.
