no a/c please help
96 eagle vision 3.3 compressor will not kick on unless i force it on at relay. if i let high pressure build to above 250 then replace relay the compressor will stay on but fans do not kick on. when i cool the condenser down with a water hose the compressor will kick off between 225 250 and not come back on again unless i force it on. i replaced transducer and the fans would kick on once i went through the process of getting the compressor to run but nothing again now thanks in advance

sorry Boss i couldnt really follow your post? sounds like you may need to replace your compressor? let others chime in , cause i read your post twice and now i have a headache , so im not 100% sure this would be your soulution?

Sorry let me try again. The problem is that the compressor will not kick on unless i remove the a/c clutch relay and put a jumper in. The relay is good i have replaced it and the system is not undercharged. So if i leave that jumper wire in there and watch my gauges and wait until the high side gets about 250 i can remove the wire and put the relay back in where it goes and the compressor will stay on like it should but only if the high side pressure is above 250. With the compressor running, the cooling fans never kick on so pressure continues to climb. To bring the pressure down while it was running i sprayed water on the condenser. Once the pressure dropped back below 250 the compressor kicked off. So im trying to figure out why the compressor won't run in normal operation and why the fans never kick on. I hope this is easier to understand. thanks

Not sure about your model but typically, the engine fans are controlled by coolant temperature, not A/C pressure.
Sounds like your problem with the compressor might be related to a faulty pressure sensor in the A/C system. That should kick the compressor off somewhere around 430 psi and kick it on again below 30 psi.
Make sure the system isn't overcharged.
