Default Pulsing Int, & Ext Lights 2006 Town & Country

I have a 2006 Town & Country Limited with 32000 miles. Whenever the seat warmers are on the interior and exterior lights will pulse dim and bright about every second. When they're turned off, it stops pulsing. Van has been taken to the Chrysler dealership 3 times for this problem but they haven't been able to fix it. They have changed the battery, replaced computer and IPM, checked the alternator output, checked G300 ground in addition to the amount of current the seat warmers were pulling. Nothing has helped. I would appreciate any ideas you may have! This is a real problem at night with the headlights going from dim to bright. At first I thought my medication was off.

Thanks!
Gary
