Default UConnect phone not available

I have a 2014 Town and Country which I bought a little over a month ago. Everything was working fine but then the radio started displaying "Uconnect Phone not available" message when I push either the phone or VR button. I have tried to pull the different suggested fuses such as the M12 and the IOD but no success. Any ideas?

Is there any particular reason Chrysler Cares will not share its wisdom with other readers of this forum but will only help via private message? Seems contrary to the spirit of the forum.

We request for a private message to be sent because we often need a VIN to look into the concern. This is information that should only be shared privately.

Agreed that VIN's should not be shared. If the VIN is not part of the problem, then the information should be available. Don't hide your lamp under a bushel.
