Hello, I have a 2013 Dodge Dart with steering wheel that does not heat up. Does anyone know if a short in the touch screen display can cause the heated steering wheel not to work? Radio would jump stations with with bumps in road. I isolated the frame of the display with electrical tape and radio stable now but I’m wondering if the heated steering control could be affected also. Anyone have this problem?
