Does anyone know what this swinging, faux wood handle is called? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the Internet or in the service manual. <a href="http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_images/2/3894/2421/22233710003_large.jpg"></a>

1989. It's really only useful in that you can close the door once inside.
