I have a 99 Chrysler lhs with several issues. The two most pressing is that the power steering does not work at any speed steering to the left. Does it need replacing? If so are there any manuals out there, and what is the time frame on doing it?

Second, the electrical throughout the car does not work, the gas gage, outside temperature, heater/air cond, and mileage all do not work. Any ideas on how to diagnose the specific problem? How do I fix this?
