First post. Just sold my 93 grand Caravan and got this 99 T&C, really like it but have the following questions
1. No power features work unless the key is on, all work fine with key on.
power locks, headlights interior lights etc.

2. Radio does not work, lights up when dash lights are on.
Where do I start?

I know this has been in an accident, the hood and fenders have been at least painted.
