Default 1999 Concorde Head Gasket

1999 LXi with 109k miles. Had recent repairs to replace all hoses and belts (overheating). Car drove fine for awhile then check engine light came on steady with misfire codes but seemed to run fine. After some more mileage the car started stuttering and check engine light started flashing indicating a more serious condition. Towed to repair shop and they are thinking blown head gasket and maybe more but they are still doing more checks. Any thoughts as to what I may be in to if need to repair head / head gaskets? Do the heads have to be pulled before knowing the extent of damage? Is it worth it for this vehicle in terms of $s. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Codes popping up were 0300 and 0302. Last I talked with the mech he said he wasn't sure if coolant or fuel was getting into the one cylinder. They replaced the one plug and letting it sit for awhile to see what happens to the cylinder. They did run a standard test thru the radiator (some kind of dye) and said they did NOT find evidence of leakage at that time but he's still not positive that its not a head problem yet.

check the compression in the clys, swap the coil around and the plugs around see if the miss moves with the stuff moving. A dealer can see which cly is missing if the shop u have it at cant do this.

Mech seems to be leaning to a bad injector. We're going to take the car and drive it a couple of days and watch it closeto see if anything happens.Might take your suggestion on moving some things around to see if the problem moves with it. Thanks for the input.
