300m 2001 over heating
well i have a 3.5L 300m and it over heats with in 5min of driving, i changed the water pump, thermostat, i bleed the system out and took about an hour to do, so i checked with one of my buddy that deals with this car, he said it can be a headgasket, but the car idles and drives fine, and no coolant in the oil, but i see lose of coolant, so once he told me its a headgasket so i started taking the intake plenum off and notice the gasket between the coolant and intake chamber was broken, and was wonder if this can be the problem? here are some pics. also i need to get this car running asap cause my friend uses this car for work as she has to travel, car does has 195k miles and start fine and no smoke what so ever, and runs very smooth.
sorry for the small pics, the POS laptop was acting up so it came out small, also i inspected the gasket, and it has a crack on it and one of the gasket wasnt even on when i pulled it out, and there is no misfiring or nothing, car still pulles hard, but the coolant will build up too much pressure and will start to expand the overflow bottle, i thought it would be a headgasket, but i know on my 88 turbo supra did the same and started a misfire cause of coolant in the cylinder.

also when the coolant builds too much pressure, overflow bottle expands and shoots coolant out of the hole on the top, and it also has a new over flow bottle with a new rad cap too, and car doesnt leak either, untill it shoots out of the over flow bottle.
