Default 95 LHS A/C Not Working Right

Okay so I have a 1995 Chrylser LHS. Its been a great car. This car hasnt had A/C for about 2 years now but it used to work fine. It was my parents car and they never had the interest to fix it. Its my car now and I am curious to why the A/C wont work. When scanned it keeps giving an error code 33 "No 5 Volt To A/C Sensor" I just installed a new A/C compressor. I charged the system up with to specs listed on the car. The A/C will engage for 10 seconds before the compressor limits out on High head pressure. The high side hits 400 and then shuts off. The fans aren't turning on so I replaced them because I new the main fan was dead. So I now have a new fan housing installed but the fans still do not turn on. The A/C does get cold for the 10 seconds its on but then it shuts off on high head pressure. Just looking for some help. Thanks!

I have checked the relays and they are fine. When the car coolant temperature gets hot enough, both fans will turn on and will cycle off when the coolant temperature reaches its normal value, but the fans will not turn on when you activate the a/c. Are the fans supposed to turn on when the A/C is activated? I was under the impression that they are supposed to. When I turn on the A/C the compressor activates and runs for 10 seconds. The pressure on the high side starts out at 100 and builds until it hits 420 over the course of 10 seconds. At that point the compressor shuts off and will not reactivate unless you shut the car off and restart it. Any ideas?
