Hi All,

I have a 99 Concorde LXI. I am getting codes 24 and 36 when running the diagnostics on the ATC. I have replaced the mode actuator and the blend actuator but the unit is still showing codes and is not responding to vent/defrost/feet control buttons. Additionally the temp selection seems to be backwards, i.e 90 is cold and 60 is warm. I have disconnected the battery multiples times to clear the codes and done everything on most the posts. I even swapped out ATC units. It is possible it is a BCM issue? I was thinking of pulling the blend door actuator again (which is new) and trying to manually just switch it twice a year for either hot or cold. Thoughts?
