Unhappy Body Control Module

I have a '99, 300M, 3.5 auto. Can someone tell me where the BCM is located?

All of a sudden my key fobs (all 3) don't work, the radio doesn't work, can't set the clock on the dash, overhead lights don't work, keyless entry doesn't work, electric door locks don't work, interior lights don't come on when you open a door, etc, etc, etc..... I've been told that it's most likely the BCM.

Does the BCM have to be programmed to the car ?

Help!! this is most frustrating. Car wouldn't even start one day. disconnected the battery ground for a few minutes and now at least, it starts...

BCM is located under dash, left side, right behind the fuse panel.
FWIW check and TEST all fuses, odds on bet you have a blown fuse.
