Default Electrical Issues

If anyone can help with this, I would be most grateful. What is happening is that the dash instrument panel is acting up, it will turn on and off, the fuel gauge will do the same, the brightness will max out at times as well. Also the airbag light will come on and it will chime. The alarm light will stay on all the time while driving. The gear selector light is off now. I had the bcm replaced 3 times, under warrenty, now when it is replaced it will work fine for a few days then it will act possessed again. So I guess its not that, I did a intrument cluster test as well but I am not sure what it means. I hold the trip reset button and turn the key on and it says 2222222, 444444.4,7777777,888888.8,9999999,888888.8 Not sure what that means. I been told I have to program the ecm/pcm to sync up with the bcm, but that does not make sense to me. Any help would be great because it is driving me crazy. Thanks
