Default LHS Cruise Not Working

I have a 95 Chrysler and the Cruise has never worked. If you put a scanner on the car it says the servo won't engage. I have replaced the servo with a brand new one from the dealer. The servo also has a good vacuum and the buttons all work according to the scanner. When you drive down the road the cruise light comes on and when you push the set button the scanner will tell you it tries to set but faults out saying the servo won't engage. Any ideas?

Default RE: LHS Cruise Not Working

I put this car on a scanner and used a function that tests the value of the brake pedal. When pressed the value is low and when depressed it is high. This according to the scanner indicates that the brake switch is operating correctly. My guess is that a wire in between the servo and the steering wheel has gone bad but I was curious if anyone else might have any other reasons to why the cruise may not work. It has a good vacuum, a brand new servo and all the buttons on the steering wheel operate. Thanks!
