Nav system problem - no map data available

Nav system problem - no map data available
We just bought a 2011 Town and Country Limited with the 430N navigation package. It was working like a champ until yesterday when we suddenly couldn't search any addresses or get any local street data. The error we got was 'no map data available' and it's right there is absolutely right - there is no map data at all. Any thoughts?
