Default 1998 JXI Convertible- Idling and shifting issues

Hello,

I searched through some threads regarding my problem but did not see anything so here is my situation:

I've been driving a 1998 Sebring JXI for the past 5 months and recently started to notice some noise under my feet. The car drives great sometimes, super smooth and no noise at a stop but I notice when I use the A/C that a rumbling becomes noticeable during a stop or when taking off. Sounds a bit like grinding (not super loud but you can hear it) and sometimes if I get to a red light it will shake slightly until I move forward a little bit.
I'm not the original owner so all I have done is a tuneup-oil change and new tires and brake job. The A/C works great but like I said it gets the car behaving a bit weird. I'm really glad I found this forum to brush up on some issues and any help is greatly appreciated.

Have somebody check the engine mounts. After 13 years, they may be failing.
