2004 Sebring gone wild
So the car has been sitting for awhile, jumped it off was running fine and I pushed the switch to put top down and it cut off (I did unlatch the top). So I started it again and when I pushed the switch again all the windows came down
What is the age and condition of the battery?
The battery voltage was low enough after sitting that a jump was needed. Dropping all 4 windows for the convertible top operation probably needed more power than what was available in the battery and charging at idle that there was nothing left to run the engine. It dropped the windows the next time as there was sufficient volts to drop the windows and power the engine.
Be certain the battery is fully charged so there is sufficient reserve to operate the top. Suggest having the battery tested to be certain it is in good condition. A weak/failing battery will cause all sorts of weird and random behavior as chrysler's are sensitive to low voltage conditions.
