Post 2005 Rear Disc Brake Conversion is next

I have a 2005 Sebring Convertible, 2.4 base model. I am in the process of doing some long needed TLC (160,000 miles).I am currently also doing some more mild custom work on the car.
So far I've added a aftermarket grate style grill, wheels and a Mustang spoiler (yes, it fits and looks like it was made for it).
One of the things that I want to do is a rear disc brake conversion.
I am also looking at a new aftermarket wheels for it.
The biggest thing I am thinking about an V6 (2.7) engine swap eventually.
Upcoming additions are going to be blacked out headlights and carbon fiber wrap on some of the exterior pieces in the next couple months.
So the question is How hard is it to do and can it be done?
