Cool 96 sebring jx 2.5L timing belt skip

Hey guys! i found out my timing belt skip like 4 teeth and replace it i made sure to lign all timing marks on both cam/crackshafts and made sure to put #1 at TDC and it wont start, i know that crankchaft rotates 2 times and camshaft only once ratio, i just dont know if i am on the right rataion on the crankshaft of if i am one revolution off. when i rotate it one more the #1 piston it goes to TDC, so could that be the problem and i could be one crankshaft rotation off, what do you guys think? thanks

That engine has a distributor driven off the camshaft, if I'm not mistaken, so the spark timing is controlled by the camshaft position, not the crankshaft position. Was it running properly before you took it apart?
