Default 97 Sebring convertible motor

Anyone around here able to tell me where the motor is located or the steps to take to change it I bought a Chilton Manuel for this and other problems. But the only thing it states about the motor location is in the trunk or convertible top compartment. I have looked under the trunk trim panals and no such luck there. Must I actually take out the conv. top compartment? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
