hello , the cruise lights up and looks like it working fine but it has No responds what so ever , I have not checked fuses , but if the cruise light in the dash is on , well unless I am mistaken the fuse is good , it has no mechanical respond as all just the light in dash .

 

Most times it is the contact switches on the steering wheel. The power on/off may be working, but the set/cancel/whatever portions may not be working..usually from "grit and grime" getting into the contacts under the "buttons". Shouldn't be difficult to dismount and check/clean them. Next area to check would be the clockspring that signals travel thru for steering wheel mounted controls.
