Default driver window

my driver window will not return to the full up position automatically when closing door. this is on a seibring convertable 2008. is this something easey enough for me to fix?

follow up question.....how do you remove the window switch panel? there is a screw under the hand grip and 2 screws under an access tab in the hand grip area, but upon removal, it still won't let go. any help? thanks

Not sure about your '08, but the usual thing for access to the switch panel is to remove the entire door trim panel. Get yourself a set of plastic trim tools before you tackle that job. They're cheap and worth their weight in gold. You might want to think about investing in a shop manual. Then you can read up before you start a repair job and then you can decide if you and your toolbox are up to the task.
