Smile Drivers side window adjustment

Hi Yall,
I'm new to forum because my 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible has some problems. OH NO. My 1rst problem is the drivers side window, when you open the door the window goes down about a 1/2" and it suppose to stay down until you close the door but it doesn't, I have to hold either door handles ( int. or ext.) in the open position in order for the window to go down so I can close the door. I have already changed the entire window switch inside thinking that would help, but it didn't. I've looked on you tube with no results. Yesterday I saw this forum while I was searching and figured I better join and I did. After seeing some threads from the forum about door window problems, but none with my Sebring problem. So I do hope that I find some one that can solve this for me and I can do the work. At 75 years old and I cant solve this one, or my other on which is the heater, that will be on another thread, one problem at a time for me. Thanks for reading this. DennisJ.
