Default Electronic Throttle Control

I need to know how to adjust the electronic throttle control. My car (2007 Sebring) used to be very responsive to the pedal almost instantly and ever since I have installed my speaker system (stereo and 4 speakers hooked up to an amplifier) It takes much more press on the pedal to get the car going. I want that lost acceleration speed back!

Do you have any ideas of what may be causing the decline in pedal response?
