Hi, while i was driving and reaching a stop sign, the engine cut off and restarted the car again in a minute. But the enging light stayed for two days and then went off. I had this problem three times in one month ago and 3 days ago and today.
What could be causing the problem?

 

Well it might be a sensor failing but which one is kinda hard to tell you should get it hooked to a computer and find out when the light is on or if you goto a dealer they might be able to find the problem in the stored memoery of the computer.
Does it do anything else sputter or just cut out on you?

 

ya it just cut off, by the way,I changed the oil pressure sensor two weeks ago due to change oil light on.That solved the issue.

 

how do u expect some one to tell u whats wrong or lean u in the right direction with just vage idea of what is going on??? do u go to the DR and say it hurts? get the codes read by some one and go from there the codes will be there for 40 good trips that is where the computer has gone through the same test that it failed on the times that turned on the light
