Default fuel pump issue?

parked my car for a cupple days, then car wouldnt starts sounded like it wasnt getting any fuel, checked my connection with a multi-meter, was not getting any power, then changed relay still no power. the droped tank tested fuel pump and it works, then by-passed my relay and my pump worked but car still wont start, pulled off fuel line after fuel rail with the by-pass on the relay and fuel flowed out steadly. any hints? maybe hidden fuse, pcm messed up? security feature? thanks

is there anything that you know of that will stop the fuel pump relay from turning on, maybe the pcm, the fuel regulator, a hidden fusable link, or mayve even if the alarm system has a safty feature that stops the car from running, anything information will be of great helps, thanks

i have never heard of the auto shut down relay before, i thought it was maybe because i was using my spare key witch didnt have the chip in it, then i got the key with the chip in it and it still does the same thing, maybe i have to restart the computer some how. or the computer all together is not working.
