Default hard start and runnis ruff

I have a 2004 sebring with a 2.7 6cyl. Went to start the car, it took a lot of cranks to get the car started. When the car started it ran real bad. The engine check light came on and we had 2 codes(P0340 cam sensor malfunction & P0325 knock sensor). I shut the engine off, clear the codes and restart the car. It will then run fine. It has done this twice in the last two weeks. I'm not sure what to do.
